Carol:
Just a note to let you know how very much we enjoyed our trip to Mexico
this January.
As you know, this was my husband's and my 8th trip to the Club Oasis
chain of all inclusive resorts on the Yucatan. We absolutely love it
there. So much so, that we keep going back. And we keep taking friends with
us, who then become repeat customers as well. This year's trip included 12
of us. That in itself is a challenge for both you, the travel agent, and
for the resort as well.
With this year's trip, we have now stayed at three of their properties,
Oasis Akumal (our very favorite), the Grand Oasis in Cancun, and now Oasis
Puerto Adventuras.
All the locations have been
wonderful as far as great staff and are very customer service oriented. We
have found the managers and all their staff to be very accommodating and
eager to please. All the properties are right on the beach. Waking up and
going to sleep looking out over the ocean is one of the most relaxing
things in the world. The resorts are clean, comfortable and secure. The
food, while not extravagant fare, is consistently good and certainly
plentiful.
Comfort Tours, as always, has done another wonderful job for us in getting
us "away from it all".
I can't say enough about Carol Rone and her staff. Even with only dealing
by phone and e-mails, she and they, are always courteous and efficient.
There are so many obstacles one can run into these days when traveling,
and traveling abroad has additional difficulties to overcome, but the
staff at Comfort Tours thinks ahead, has the answers and takes care of the
customer.
My husband and I have traveled extensively, and I can't remember ever having
had a travel agent that was as consistent, friendly and comfortable to
work with.
