The professionalism and compassion that was displayed by the staff of Comfort Tours was worthy of the "Medal of Honor". At a time that our President was asking us to join a mighty army of defiance to terrorism, they answered the call to duty. They had to put aside their own grief and pain from the events of the day before, in order to better serve there clients. They would do battle by maintaining the same (if not better) level of service and attention to detail; that continues to set them apart from other so-called tour companies.

The office opened at 9:00am, and by the time I called at 10:00am the staff had been mobilized to give us options and not excuses. After 5 cancellations and 2 airline changes My wife, mother, father-in-law and I touched down in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

The dedication of Comfort Tours did not stop with booking our trip. The manager, Carol Rone, CTC called us at our hotel 4 days before we were to return. She assured us that our flight would leave as scheduled and that the connecting flight was also back on schedule. I can not begin to tell you how this eased our minds and allowed us to enjoy our remaining days stress free.

You can tell from my comments that our opinion on Comfort Tours are somewhat biased; But what do you expect when you speak of family.
