As we reflect on our family's vacation to Beaches I can truly say it was one of our most memorable and relaxing vacations we have ever experienced. We traveled with our children ages seven and four. We enjoyed five wonderful nights at Beaches Negril and two nights at Beaches Inn.

As we arrived at Beaches we knew we were in for a wonderful treat. Beauty abounds - not only in our physical surroundings but also in the Jamaican people - always friendly, always helpful and always offering a warm sunny smile!

It is too difficult to pick one "favorite" thing about our trip. There were so many! During our stay we never felt rushed or hurried to make it from one activity to the next. Activities were always available - you can keep as busy as you'd like or you can kick back and enjoy yourself by doing nothing at all.

We enjoyed all the options available for dining. Only once did we actually eat indoors. That was at the oriental Teppanyaki Restaurant - a real treat as we watched our meals prepared for us tableside by our very entertaining chef. The rest of the week we found ourselves enjoying breakfast, lunch and dinner at the wonderful open-air restaurants. We loved it!

The water activities seemed endless. We tried to take advantage of all the resort had to offer. We sailed on the Hobie Cats and water-skied. We played on the kayaks and water trikes and enjoyed more that one ride on the banana boat. It was a definite favorite of the kids! Our daughter's first experience snorkeling was fantastic! Once she tried it she was hooked.., she and Dad went three different times during our stay.

Strolling on the gorgeous beach and enjoying the beautiful warm weather had to be a favorite of mine. Relaxing on the beach or by one of the two lovely pools was a real treat! The "all - inclusive" vacation is a wonderful way to go for families. The cost of your vacation includes every activity, meal, and drink the resort has to offer - it is a smart way to spend your vacation dollars.

Beaches offered my family so many wonderful things. But I feel the most valuable thing that we gained are the wonderful family memories that will last a lifetime. We feel truly blessed to have enjoyed such an unbelievable experience.
