I have been in the travel industry since 1986, and with Cruise Holidays since 2001.

My favorite All-Inclusive is the El Dorado Royale is actually two resorts in one --
the Casitas section is on one side of resort, opposite from the villas which surround
the more crowded pools and beach areas of the main resort. You get all the benefits of
both a large and small resort all in one! The Casitas section was quiet with outstanding
service and perks such as being able to make reservations for dinner, beach butler service
and the exclusive use of beach palapas and loungers in the Casitas section.  There is a nice
~2000 square foot pool for each section of about 24 rooms, and a pool bar at each Casitas
pool. Pool lounge chairs are very nice and comfortable, wooden with terrycloth covered cushions. There is lush
greenery all around, dotted with comfortable hammocks. The beach is lined with shaded beds, with an occasional
hammock.  We were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and the reception staff were very warm. I loved how
all the staff greeted guests with an "Hola!" whenever they ran into us.  Service was great and the food was awesome!
Would recommend going to Kampai, restaurant on-site.

Inside the casitas was a huge super-king sized bed, draped in a full lace 'Mosquito' canopy (and a selection
of pillows and aromatherapy!), a beautiful  spa bath in your room, as well as a main bathroom (with over the bath shower)
and another shower outdoors in the open air, called the Aguas del Amor. The whole experience at the Casitas was magic!!
